About us

I am a mum of three (Isla 6, Iona 4 and Oilibhéar 1).

Mother Hubbard’s Book Cupboard was started in Covid lockdown 1 in London, England.  We moved over to Donabate, Dublin, Ireland in February 2021 and I then opened my Irish website in March of that year. 

We are now based in Donabate, Co Dublin, mainly online, however we do the occasional pop up, the biggest a being at Flavours of Fingal every year.

As well as all the stock available on my website to post immediately, I can also take orders of various other books from Usborne and other publishers. Please let me know if you are after anything in particular.
